What is a Member-at-Large, and can I be one?
The chapter locator tool is not populating chapters in my area. Can you connect me with an active chapter?
NSBE does not have chapters at every school or in every area. If you don’t see a chapter in your area, there are two options you can consider:
- Connect with a nearby chapter. Some chapters at local schools may allow students from other campuses to join if they are open to extending membership.
- Join as a Member-at-Large. This option allows you to enjoy all NSBE membership benefits without being tied to a local chapter.
Please provide your chapter type (NSBE Jr, Collegiate, Professional), resident city and state so we can provide a list of active chapters in your area.
If you’re interested, you can also explore starting a new chapter at your school or in your community — NSBE provides resources and guidance to help you through that process.
